partner’s flyers enclosed in the attendee’s package. The printing services are not rendered. Ready-made flyers should be delivered 3 days ahead of the conference. Print run: 1000 copies.

The media support of the event includes:
event announcements (based on the available press releases)
a banner ad on the website of the media partner (a banner ad of the required size is provided by PR department of the conference)
In case you need to get more media representatives attending the event, we can discuss additional formats of cooperation and media support (video coverage, live Twitter streams, interviews, etc.).
Inserting a link to the conference website and to the organizer Renatus Media, LLC into your published announcement is obligatory.
Press and Bloggers
The accreditation grants the right to freely access DevGAMM, receive assets and press releases, and attend any events within the conference that do not require special invitation.
The representatives of the established gaming and mainstream media are to be accredited in the first place. We also provide accreditation for bloggers, Youtubers and other types of media
A name badge is required to access DevGAMM. Badges are given out at the press registration table upon presentation of the invitation that is sent beforehand.
Unless you were accredited in advance, the organizers reserve the right to deny you access to DevGAMM.
