Return Policy

• Tickets bought after August 31 can not be returned.*
• Tickets return requests received after August 31 will not be considered
• Chargeback commission of 11,5 % falls on the customer

*You can return your ticket after August 31 only in case of being rejected a visa. The commission fees remain intact

Ticket Exchange

You can change the ticket owner till September 7th (included)

• email contact@devgamm.com your ticket number (from the same email you registered your ticket to)
• indicate new information that has to be changed in the ticket (First Name, Last Name, Company, Position, etc.)
