DevGAMM Showcase

What is Showcase?

DevGAMM Showcase is a game showcase where you can get feedback, have your game playtested and make a name for yourself by being creative.

Why should I showcase my game?

  • Gather feedback from real, unbiased people playing your game
  • Find like-minded people for development team
  • Draw attention of publishers, investors or press
  • Get extra visibility from listing on DevGAMM website

The format of Showcase

This year DevGAMM Showcase will be divided into three parts:

Mobile Showcase

Sponsored by:

Desktop Showcase

Sponsored by:

VR Showcase

Sponsored by:

Mobile & Desktop Showcases will be divided into 4 streams, where games are changed mid-day.

This way we have an opportunity to demonstrate 4 times more projects to attendees, while showcasers still have time for sessions and productive networking.

This doesn’t apply to VR Showcase, which has only 2 streams, one day each.

How to take part?

Will I definitely get on the DevGAMM Showcase?

The number of tables for game showcase of each type is limited. In case the number of submissions would exceed the number of spots, we will give preference to projects of higher quality or to earliest submissions.

As soon as the coordinator receives a submission for DevGAMM Showcase, he gives each game a level of priority:

  • High – your game is 100% accepted for Showcase
  • Medium – your game is on the waiting list, you will learn the final decision after the submission deadline
  • Low – if your project is still crude we will let you know that yourse

You will get an answer within 2 days, right after the submission.

If you submit your game couple days before the deadline or on deadline day, expect a dealy in answer from the coordinator.

Can I buy a table and perform my Showcase for 2 days?

This option is not available as we want more developers to be able to showcase their games.

Actually, DevGAMM Showcase is free for everyone! You just need to buy a ticket for the conference.

How many tables are available?

Mobile Showcase
Currently there are 8 tables for showcasing of 32 games. If there are many submissions of mobile projects, we can expand the number of tables up to 11 (44 projects).

Desktop Showcase
10 tables, which means up to 40 projects.
VR Showcase
We’re gonna have 10 booths 3×3 meters for showcasing VR games on HTC Vive headsets.
It means that we can showcase up to 20 projects.

We can also add 8 more tables at VR zone for showcasing of mobile VR and for other projects, of course, if it is necessary. It depends on number and type of submitted games.
