We are happy to introduce the game nominees for DevGAMM Awards contest. The winners will be announced during the official ceremony on May 18 in Moscow. The main theme of the ceremony this time is DevGAMM’s Got Talent, the show which will host live performances of fellow game industry people.
The competition received 110 game submissions, of which 25 projects were nominated across all categories. Leading the way in terms of total nominations were One person story by Lampogolovii, Leo and Tig by Interactive Moolt, and Train Valley 2, created by Flazm Interactive Entertainment.
This time the total prize fund for Best Indie nomination is 20,000 $. The fund supporting indie developers is sponsored by tinyBuild and Kefir. The winners in other categories will receive prizes from Rocket Jump, Amazon, Crazy Panda, Appodeal, CarX Technologies, Fibrum and CreaGames.
For three weeks over 100 game experts were carefully evaluating submitted games. The judge panel included representatives of CD Projekt Red, 1С Game Studios, tinyBuild, FDG Entertainment, Social Quantum, Outfit 7, Appodeal, Mail.Ru, Nekki, Amazon, King, Buka, Creative Mobile, Microsoft, Bitbox, Big Fish, IndieMEGABOOTH and other companies.
