Yes, if it has been released not later than a year ago, e.g. after May 25, 2022. Also you can’t apply for the Most Anticipated Game category.
Yes, you can. Though it is preferable if your game is playable on PC.
Within a week after you’ve submitted a game.
This category is only for the games showcased at DevGAMM Vilnius 2023. If your game is selected for the Showcase, it automatically takes part in the People’s Choice nomination.
