Save the date: 4C conference to be held in Kiev

An international conference for video games developers 4C: Kyiv is going to happen very soon — on September 23–24, 2016.  Are you someone who doesn’t simply adjust to change in the games industry, but actively drives it? Then 4C: Kyiv is where you want to be.

The conference will consist of two days of presentations and workshops by more than 50 gaming industry experts who have released more than one legendary game. First Keynote Announced: The Journey Of Samorost 3 by Jakub Dvorský

Ever since 2013 we have been trying to bring Jakub Dvorsky back to DevGAMM to deliver another talk. During his last presentation at DevGAMM Kiev 2013 the hall was absolutely packed. Some people were sitting in the aisles on the floor, others were standing in the back the whole time. Surrounded by inspired developers he was answering questions for a long time after the lecture was over.

We launched a content poll after Moscow event this year and lots of you asked for another session from Jakub Dvorsky. So we are incredibly happy to announce that Jakub will come to Minsk on November 10-11!
He will guide you through the 5-year long journey of Samorost 3 development. The talk will cover everything from initial concept and game design to art and animation techniques or sound-design magic.

Jakub Dvorský is the founder, lead game designer and creative director in Amanita Design, Czech-based award-winning independent studio best known for puzzle adventure games Machinarium, Botanicula and Samorost series.

Art Track Is Looking For Speakers!

We invite artists, art directors, designers, modellers and other art and animation professionals to share their experience with DevGAMM audience.

We are looking for interesting cases, workshops, informative success and failure stories.
