What to expect from DevGAMM Lisbon’26 Speaker Lineup?

Lisbon Conference has always held a special place in the DevGAMM calendar. Each year, our ambitions for this event grow – and in 2026 the guest list speaks for itself.

On November 17-18, we’re keeping that momentum going with speakers from Sony Interactive Entertainment, Xbox, Valve, 2K Games, Blizzard Entertainment, Starbreeze Entertainment, and Unity – alongside independent voices with plenty to say about where games are heading next.

You know their work. Now, let’s talk about how it happens.

01.Big Questions. Practical Answers.

Everyone wants a breakout game. Fewer talk about what it takes to get there: earning attention in a crowded market, deciding where AI deserves a place in the process, and growing a studio without losing what made it distinctive.

This year’s programme brings those questions into talks, workshops, reviews, and conversations you can take back to your own projects:

  • GTA VI is coming – hear behind-the-scenes from a former Rockstar Performance Director who worked on GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2.
  • AI is everywhere – 24 mentions across the programme, from a hands-on AI Workshop by Unity to AI in production and creative development.
  • Steam Page Review with Valve – get direct feedback on your store page from the Steam team.
  • Pitch Review with Rami Ismail – get practical feedback from one of the industry’s best-known indie voices.
  • Steam, Playstation & Xbox – platform insights from the people shaping the ecosystem.
  • A dedicated China Hall – a full track focused on China, publishing, and market entry.
  • Real launch numbers and postmortems — explore the stories behind Jotunnslayer, The Alters, Frostpunk 2, and Split Fiction: what worked, what didn’t, and what teams learned along the way.

02.More Interactive Formats

Building a game is one thing. Growing the business behind it brings a new set of stakes. In a dedicated fireside chat, Matt Dixon, Chief Growth Officer at Starbreeze Entertainment, and Jeferson Valadares, Co-Founder & CEO of partNerd, explore the decisions and growing pains that come with scaling up – drawing on Matt’s experience reviewing 10,000+ pitches and Jeferson’s 25+ years in games.

03.The Conversation Continues Offstage

Our speakers’ experience spans global hits including League of Legends, Battlefield, Apex Legends, It Takes Two, and Overwatch. In Lisbon, you’ll have opportunities to meet the people behind those games offstage, too. A talk might give you a new idea; the conversation afterwards could help you figure out what to do with it.

Make room for networking, follow-up questions, and conversations in the corridors of Pavilhão Carlos Lopes.

Choose your DevGAMM Lisbon experience, with ticket options from BASIC to VIP and special INDIE DEV rates starting at just $170.
