Code of Conduct & Anti-Harassment Policy
Our Commitment
DevGAMM LLC is committed to creating a safe, respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for everyone – regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality, age, religion, or other personal characteristics.
We believe in fostering a professional, collaborative space that encourages creativity, open dialogue, and mutual respect.
All DevGAMM events participants are expected to:
- Be respectful, courteous, and inclusive in all interactions.
- Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior or speech.
- Respect others’ personal space, boundaries, and autonomy.
- Communicate openly but thoughtfully, and be considerate of differing perspectives and experiences.
- Be mindful of your surroundings and alert DevGAMM staff to any concerning situations or behavior.
- Comply with instructions from event staff and venue personnel.
- Help us maintain a fun, safe, and welcoming space for everyone.
These rules apply to both in-person and offline events organized by DevGAMM.

Prohibited Content
To maintain a safe and respectful space for all participants, DevGAMM strictly prohibits the sharing or display of content that may be traumatic, violent, or otherwise harmful. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Real-life footage of death, injury, suicide, or self-harm, including videos or images that depict or suggest such events.
- Sexually explicit material, pornography, or any sexually graphic media not clearly contextualized within a professional or educational framework.
- Content promoting hate speech, extremism, terrorism, or conspiracy theories.
- Misinformation or harmful content that could endanger the well-being or safety of others.
If it would be removed or flagged on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, or Instagram for violating community guidelines, it has no place at DevGAMM.
Organizers reserve the right to immediately remove any content and the person responsible for displaying it without prior warning or refund.
⚠️ Reporting a Problem
If you experience or witness any inappropriate behavior, we strongly encourage you to report it. We take all reports seriously and will investigate confidentially.
You can report:
- Directly to a member of the DevGAMM staff (look for Organizer badges or ask at the Registration Desk).
- Directly to any Volunteer working at the event
- Via email: help@devgamm.com
- Through an anonymous reporting form
We are committed to protecting the privacy and safety of those who report.
Our Response & Enforcement
DevGAMM reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate, including but not limited to:
- Verbal warnings
- Removal from the event (without refund)
- Banning from future DevGAMM events
- Contacting local authorities when necessary
No one is above this policy – including sponsors, VIPs, and organizers.
