• DevGAMM strongly condemns Russia’s military aggression. 

The conference was born in Ukraine and most of its current organizers are Ukrainians who are also in trouble.

For these reasons, DevGAMM will no longer cooperate with individuals and companies whose activities are controlled by the Russian government or related to it whatsoever. This also applies to everyone who supports the act of war irrespective of their nationality.

• DevGAMM is not a platform for political argument. 

Our conference is and has always been meant to bring together talented game dev professionals from all over the world.

This is no place for aggression or hate speech toward any of the attendees. DevGAMM is a platform for dialogue, cooperation, and networking.

However, all the attendees should take into account DevGAMM’s position on the war, as stated in the article 1. Those who have the opposite opinion, are publicly expressing it, or planning to do so while at the event, will be immediately asked to leave without a ticket refund.

If you’re a student or a group of students, you can request SESSIONS tickets to DevGAMM at a special rate of $45 (~180 PLN). To apply, please submit your request via this form.

Additionally, we invite you to participate as a volunteer. Help the organizers on one of the event days, and you can attend the event free of charge on the other day. To apply, please follow this link.

If you’d like to upgrade your ticket type to a higher level (e.g., from SESSIONS to BUSINESS, or from BUSINESS to VIP), please email us at tickets@devgamm.com.

For the Gdańsk edition, we’re introducing a special ticket: BUSINESS + SPOT.

Here’s what it includes:

1. A BUSINESS badge with all its perks.

2. A 1.5×1.5 m² dedicated space and a standardized stall with your custom branding at the Expo area, where you can represent your business.

After purchasing the ticket, a DevGAMM organizer will reach out to discuss a stall setup and any specific requirements. These stalls can be used as your personal company space to host meetings and engage with visitors, promoting your services or products.

Please indicate the quantity and type of tickets you need and attach your legal details. If you have any promo codes, let the organizer know.

Wire payments are accepted with the invoice only for amounts over $2,000. The invoice will be issued and sent to you within 5 working days. The price will be fixed upon the date of your invoice request.

Invoice payments are accepted until February 20, 2025, inclusive. After that, only card payments are accepted.

We will issue and send the invoice to you within 10 business days.

If you need an invoice to buy a ticket via wire transfer, please submit your request via this form.

Payments by wire (via invoice) can be done before February 20, 2025.

You can change the details on your ticket (first name, last name, company name, etc.) or transfer your ticket to another attendee until February 24, 2025, inclusive.

To make changes, follow these steps:

Open the email with your ticket from Eventbrite and click “Go to My Ticket,” then click “Edit.”

Alternatively, go to eventbrite.com/mytickets, choose the current event, and click “Edit.”

You can request a refund no later than 7 days before the event starts.

To request a refund:

1. Open the email with your ticket from Eventbrite, click “Go to My Ticket,” then click “Cancel Order.”
2. Alternatively, go to eventbrite.com/mytickets, choose the current event, and click “Cancel Order.”

A commission for the return of the ticket will be charged:

• $45 for wire (invoice) payments
• 6.6% + $1.79 for card payments

Please note that the following ticket types are non-refundable:

• Tickets purchased during the Super Early Bird sales period
• ONLINE NETWORKING tickets
• VIP tickets that have utilized DevGAMM’s Business Support services
