08.Questions about the data

Are these confirmed meetings?

The counts are requests, and a request is not a confirmed meeting.

Do the counts show job titles or people?

The counts are by company audience group, not by job title or number of people.

Why are only 867 requests in the matrix?

The other 320 requests are left out: 275 have no audience information, and 45 involve a company outside the five groups.

How do requests relate to scheduled meetings?

MeetToMatch logged 1,187 scheduled meetings at Lisbon 2025. The report behind these tables totals 1,187 meeting requests. The report counts requests, so we do not call them confirmed meetings.
