You can request a refund no later than 7 days before the event starts (November 10, 09:00 AM, Lisbon time). 

To request a refund:

• Open the email with your ticket from Eventbrite, click “Go to My Ticket,” then click “Cancel Order.”
• Alternatively, go to eventbrite.com/mytickets, choose the current event, and click “Cancel Order.”

A commission for the return of the ticket will be charged:

• $45 for wire (invoice) payments
• 6.6% + $1.79 for card payments

Please note that the VIP tickets that have used Business Development Support services

are non-refundable.

If you’d like to upgrade your ticket type to a higher level (e.g., from BASIC to BUSINESS, or from BUSINESS to VIP), please email us at [email protected]. 

Ticket upgrades are available until the end of the conference.

For wire payments (if you need to pay according to an invoice), please submit this form. We will issue and send you an invoice within 5 working days.  

Wire payments are accepted with the invoice only for amounts over $2,000. The invoice will be issued and sent to you within 5 working days. The price will be fixed upon the date of your invoice request.

Invoice payment requests are accepted until November 9, 2026, inclusive. After that, only card payments are accepted.

You can change the details on your ticket (first name, last name, company name, etc.) or transfer your ticket to another attendee until November 6, 2026, inclusive.

To make changes, follow these steps:

• Click “Edit.”

Alternatively, go to eventbrite.com/mytickets, choose the current event, and click “Edit.”

If you’re a student or a group of students, you can request BASIC tickets to DevGAMM Lisbon at a special rate of $65. To apply, please submit your request via this form.

Additionally, we invite you to participate as a volunteer. Help the organizers on one of the conference days on November 16-18, and you can attend the event free of charge on the other days. To apply, please follow this link.
