Early Bird tickets aren’t refundable. 

VIP tickets are non-refundable once Business Development Support services have been provided.

You can request a refund on other tickets no later than 7 days before the event starts.

To request a refund:

1. Open the email with your ticket from Eventbrite, click “Go to My Ticket,” then click “Cancel Order.”
2. Alternatively, go to eventbrite.com/mytickets, choose the current event, and click “Cancel Order.”

A commission for the return of the ticket will be charged:

• $45 for wire (invoice) payments
• 6.6% + $1.79 for card payments

To upgrade your ticket type to a higher level (e.g., from INDIE DEV to BUSINESS, or from BUSINESS to VIP), go to eventbrite.com/mytickets and claim the upgrade. For any questions, please email us at [email protected].  

Ticket upgrades are available until the end of the conference.

For wire payments (if you need to pay according to an invoice), submit this form. We will issue and send you an invoice within 5 working days.  

Wire payments are accepted with the invoice only for amounts over $2,000. The invoice will be issued and sent to you within 5 working days. The price will be fixed upon the date of your invoice request.

Invoice payment requests are accepted until April 1, 2026, inclusive. After that, only card payments are accepted.

You can change the details on your ticket (first name, last name, company name, etc.) or transfer your ticket to another attendee until April 1, 2026, inclusive.

To make changes, follow these steps:

• Open the email with your ticket from Eventbrite,
• Click “Go to My Ticket,”
• Click “Edit.”
