Myriad by SANA Hotels, the Lisbon event venue, will offer a limited number of rooms at a special rate for DevGAMM attendees. Discounted booking will open soon – stay tuned!

For the Madeira Summit, we recommend staying at Savoy Palace, the official event venue. Due to Madeira’s altitude changes, we advise against booking accommodations in more remote areas.

Special rates for DevGAMM attendees at Savoy Palace will be available soon.

To enjoy the full event experience, we suggest arriving on November 3 and checking out no earlier than November 5.

If you’re a student or a group of students, you can request SESSIONS tickets to DevGAMM at a special rate of $55. To apply, please submit your request via this form.

Additionally, we invite you to participate as a volunteer in Lisbon. Help the organizers on one of the conference days on November 5-7, and you can attend the event free of charge on the other days. To apply, please follow this link.

You can request a refund no later than 7 days before the event starts.

To request a refund:

1. Open the email with your ticket from Eventbrite, click “Go to My Ticket,” then click “Cancel Order.”
2. Alternatively, go to eventbrite.com/mytickets, choose the current event, and click “Cancel Order.”

A commission for the return of the ticket will be charged:

• $45 for wire (invoice) payments
• 6.6% + $1.79 for card payments

 Please note that the following ticket types are non-refundable:

• Tickets purchased during the Super Early Bird sales period

If you’d like to upgrade your ticket type to a higher level (e.g., from SESSIONS to BUSINESS, or from BUSINESS to VIP), please email us at tickets@devgamm.com. 

Ticket upgrades are available until the end of the conference.

For wire payments (if you need to pay according to an invoice), submit this form. We will issue and send you an invoice within 5 working days.  

Wire payments are accepted with the invoice only for amounts over $2,000. The invoice will be issued and sent to you within 5 working days. The price will be fixed upon the date of your invoice request.

Invoice payment requests are accepted until October 31, 2025, inclusive. After that, only card payments are accepted.

You can change the details on your ticket (first name, last name, company name, etc.) or transfer your ticket to another attendee until November 1, 2025, inclusive.
