As tickets are issued under your name, you will be required to present your ID upon entry to the conference. Consequently, another individual cannot gain access to the event using your ticket.

However, you can modify the details on your ticket, including your name and company, until June 10, 2024, inclusive. To effect changes, simply access the email containing your ticket from Eventbrite and select “Go to My Ticket,” then click on “Edit.” Alternatively, you can visit eventbrite.com/mytickets, select the current event, and choose “Edit.”

Currently, there are no individual discounts for students. However, if you’re part of a group of students, you can contact tickets@devgamm.com to talk about special opportunities.

Alternatively, you have the option to apply as a volunteer for the event. Volunteers have the opportunity to attend one of the days for free. To apply as a volunteer, please click here.

You can request a refund up to 7 days before the event. To do so, access your ticket on Eventbrite and click “Cancel Order.” Please note there’s a commission fee for refunds: 6.6% + $1.79 for regular payments or $45.00 for wire payments, payable by the ticket buyer. Refund processing typically takes up to 5 working days, subject to bank terms.

Yes, for groups of 10 or more participants, we offer a 15% discount on each ticket. To avail of this offer, use the promo code “Group_discount” in the ticketing widget and select the appropriate type of group tickets. Please note that this offer is applicable only to tickets in the Regular and Late Bird price ranges.

No, we do not offer one-day tickets.

DevGAMM strongly condemns Russia’s military aggression. 

The conference was born in Ukraine and most of its current organizers are Ukrainians who are also in trouble.

For these reasons, DevGAMM does not cooperate with individuals and companies whose activities are controlled by the Russian government or related to it whatsoever. This also applies to everyone who supports the act of war irrespective of their nationality.

DevGAMM is not a platform for political argument. 

Our conference is and has always been meant to bring together talented game dev professionals from all over the world.

This is no place for aggression or hate speech toward any of the attendees. DevGAMM is a platform for dialogue, cooperation, and networking.

However, all the attendees should take into account DevGAMM’s position on the war. Those who have the opposite opinion, are publicly expressing it, or planning to do so while at the event, will be immediately asked to leave without a ticket refund.
