- DevGAMM strongly condemns Russia’s military aggression.
The conference was born in Ukraine and most of its current organizers are Ukrainians who are also in trouble.
For these reasons, DevGAMM will no longer cooperate with individuals and companies whose activities are controlled by the Russian government or related to it whatsoever. This also applies to everyone who supports the act of war irrespective of their nationality.
- DevGAMM is not a platform for political argument.
Our conference is and has always been meant to bring together talented game dev professionals from all over the world.
This is no place for aggression or hate speech toward any of the attendees. DevGAMM is a platform for dialogue, cooperation, and networking.
However, all the attendees should take into account DevGAMM’s position on the war, as stated in the article 1. Those who have the opposite opinion, are publicly expressing it, or planning to do so while at the event, will be immediately asked to leave without a ticket refund.

If you’re a student or a group of students, you can request INDIE DEV or SESSIONS ONLY tickets to DevGAMM with a special group discount for 5 or more participants. Drop a letter to contact@devgamm.com with an introduction of your university and major, and why you’d like to attend DevGAMM.
Additionally, we invite you to take part in the event as a volunteer. After helping the organizers at one of the event days, you are free to attend the event free of charge on the other day. To apply, please follow this link.
In case of a lost, misplaced, stolen or forgotten badge, a fee is charged to get a new one.
If the original badge was complimentary, you’ll be charged at the current on-site rate for a replacement.
The ticket price will be set according to the sales period:
Super Early Bird (June 15 to July 5)
Early Bird (July 6 to Sep 14)
Regular (Sep 15 to Nov 6)
Late Bird (Nov 7 to Nov 17)
The organizer has the right to change dates and prices in these sales periods at any time and without any prior notice.
For wire payment (if you need to pay according to invoice) write at tickets@devgamm.com.
- Indicate the quantity and type of tickets you need and attach your legal details.
- If you have any promo codes, please let the organizer know.
- Wire payments are accepted with the invoice only from $2,000.
- The invoice will be issued and sent to you within 5 working days. The price will be fixed upon the date of your invoice request.
- Invoice payments are accepted until November 7, 2023 inclusive. After that, only credit card payments are accepted.
If you’d like to upgrade your ticket type for a higher level (e.g. from SESSIONS ONLY to BUSINESS, from BUSINESS to VIP), please email us to tickets@devgamm.com.
You can change the data in your ticket (first name, last name, company name, etc.) or transfer your ticket to another participant up to November 13, 2023 inclusive.
To make changes, open the email with your ticket from Eventbrite and click Go to My Ticket, then click Edit.
Or go to eventbrite.com/mytickets, choose the current event, and click Edit.
You can request a refund no later than 7 days before the event starts.
To request a refund, open the email with your ticket from Eventbrite, click Go to My Ticket, then click Cancel Order. Or go to eventbrite.com/mytickets, choose the current event, and click Cancel Order.
Commission for the return of the ticket in the amount of $45 (in case of Wire (Invoice) payment) or 6.6% + 1,79$ in case of card payment, falls on the buyer.
